This website contains “forward-looking statements”, including, the Company’s expectations as to but not limited to, comments regarding the timing and content of upcoming work programs and exploration budgets, geological interpretations, receipt of property titles, and potential mineral recovery processes. Forward-looking statements express, as of the date stated on the relevant webpage or document, the Company’s plans, estimates, forecasts, projections, expectations, or beliefs as to future events or results. Forward-looking statements involve a number of risks and uncertainties, and there can be no assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate. Therefore, actual results and future events could differ materially from those anticipated in such statements and SAG undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking information except as required by applicable securities laws. Factors that could cause results or events to differ materially from current expectations expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements, include, but are not limited to, factors associated with fluctuations in the market price of minerals, mining industry risks and hazards, environmental risks and hazards, economic and political events affecting metal supply and demand, uncertainty as to calculation of mineral reserves and resources, requirement of additional financing, and other risks. Actual results may differ materially from those currently anticipated in such statements.
Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not demonstrated economic viability. The Pedra Branca Gold Project has an Inferred Mineral Resource of 4,042,000 tonnes grading 1.38 g/t Au, containing 180,000 ounces of gold, at a 0.40 g/t Au cut-off, with an effective date of March 16, 2021, as set out in the report titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report – Mineral Resource Estimation for the Pedra Branca Gold Project, Ceará State – Brazil”, dated April 25, 2021 and prepared by Rodrigo Mello, FAusIMM, a qualified person; the report is available under the Company’s profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca. An Inferred Mineral Resource has a lower level of confidence than an Indicated Mineral Resource and must not be converted to a Mineral Reserve. Although it is reasonably expected that the majority of Inferred Mineral Resources could be upgraded to Indicated Mineral Resources with continued exploration, there is no certainty that any part of the Company’s Inferred Mineral Resource will be upgraded; any subsequent conversion to a Mineral Reserve would require the application of Modifying Factors and completion of at least a pre-feasibility study. The Company reports mineral resources in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and the CIM Definition Standards on Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves, adopted by CIM Council, as amended, which differ from the requirements of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission under Subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K. Accordingly, information contained on this website may not be comparable to similar information disclosed by companies subject to U.S. reporting requirements. The Company is not an SEC registrant. This website may also contain information about adjacent properties on which SAG has no right to explore or mine. Investors are cautioned that mineral deposits on adjacent properties are not indicative of mineral deposits on the Company’s properties.
