Douglas Meirelles

Douglas Meirelles brings over two decades of hands-on mining leadership in Brazil and Canada. He spent six years as Corporate Director and Country Manager for Luna Gold and its successor, Equinox Gold, where he was instrumental in advancing the Aurizona Gold Mine in Maranhão State through re-commissioning and into commercial production — one of Brazil’s notable gold mine restarts. Prior to that, he held senior management and advisory positions with Troy Resources, Serabi Gold, Jaguar Mining, and Newcrest Mining, building deep expertise in project operations, government and community relations, and ESG practices in the Brazilian mining sector. Mr. Meirelles holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Fellow of the Brazil-Canada Mining Chamber of Commerce.
Bill O’Hara
Director, Audit Committee
Mr. O’Hara is currently Managing Partner of LACG Capital Inc. He started his career at First Marathon Securities in equity research analyzing gold companies. After moving into institutional equity sales at National Bank Financial and Credit Suisse First Boston, he joined Haywood Securities Inc. in 2003, where he advanced to Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales and served on the Board of Directors. Mr. O’Hara holds a Master of Science (Econs) from the London School of Economics (with distinction) and is a CFA charterholder. He brings approximately 25 years of experience in capital markets.
Stephen Stow
Director
Mr. Stow is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Zen Capital & Mergers Limited, a business advisory firm focused on gold exploration. He holds an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and brings over three decades of experience in mining exploration, M&A advisory, and corporate governance. Prior to emigrating to Canada, he served as Director of Corporate Finance, Asia for National Westminster Bank. Mr. Stow’s recent experience in mining exploration includes directorships at Lumina Gold Corp. (2015–2025), Amarillo Gold Corporation (2017–2020), and currently G2 Goldfields Inc. (TSX: GTWO) and FNX Inc. (CSE: FNX).
