Mr. Meirelles was appointed President & CEO on July 9, 2020. He brings over 20+ years of leadership in mining across Brazil and Canada. Former Corporate Director for Equinox Gold and Country Manager for Luna Gold. Extensive experience in Government Relations, ESG, and project management in Brazil. MBA from Northwestern University — Kellogg School of Management. Fellow of the Brazil-Canada Mining Chamber of Commerce.
Director, Audit Committee
Mr. O’Hara is currently Managing Partner of LACG Capital Inc. He started his career at First Marathon Securities in equity research analyzing gold companies. After moving into institutional equity sales at National Bank Financial and Credit Suisse First Boston, he joined Haywood Securities Inc. in 2003, where he advanced to Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales and served on the Board of Directors. Mr. O’Hara holds a Master of Science (Econs) from the London School of Economics (with distinction) and is a CFA charterholder. He brings approximately 25 years of experience in capital markets.

Mr. Brown has over 30 years of management and operational experience in the junior mining industry. Based in Latin America since 1993, he is credited with the outcrop discovery of the El Hilorico gold project (1 million ounces) in Peru, negotiated the acquisition of Newmont Argentina SA for Aquiline Resources (Navidad silver project — 750 million ounces), and was involved in the acquisition of the Mara Rosa gold project (1.5 million ounces) in Brazil. He holds a BApp.Sc in Geology from Curtin University of Technology (Australia), an MBA from Business School São Paulo, and is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Ms. Gieselman brings 35 years of experience with TSX/TSXV/US-listed junior mining companies. Extensive background in financial reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions including Canada, Mexico, Peru, and Chile.
Senior Exploration Manager
Mr. Batelochi has 30 years of experience exploring for gold, iron, and base metals in South America and Africa. He is the Company’s Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 and JORC. Previous roles include Rio Tinto, Vale S.A., Ferrous Resources Limited, and Great Panther Mining. BSc (Honours) in Geology from UNESP, São Paulo State University.
Technical Advisor (Appointed October 2025)
Mr. Rees brings over 30 years of international exploration and operational experience. Former Chief Geologist at IAMGOLD Corporation (2018–2025) and Manager of New Opportunities (2012–2018). M.Sc. in Geology from University of Saskatchewan. Registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.), Member of Society of Economic Geologists, and Chair of Industry Advisory Board to MERC at Laurentian University.
