Mr. O’Hara is currently Managing Partner of LACG Capital Inc. He started his career at First Marathon Securities in equity research analyzing gold companies. After moving into the institutional equity sales role at National Bank Financial and then Credit Suisse First Boston, he joined Haywood Securities Inc. in 2003. During his time at Haywood, Mr. O’Hara advanced to become Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales and a member of the Board of Directors. In late 2020, after almost 25 years identifying, analyzing capital raising and strategically advising both investment funds and corporate entities across many sectors, he formed LACG Capital Inc. whose mandate is to provide capital markets advisory services to both public and private companies in the early stages of growth. Sectors of focus include Mining and Psychedelics as well as Special Situations. Mr. O’Hara holds a Master of Science (Econs) degree from the London School of Economics with distinction, and the CFA designation.

Mr. Meirelles was appointed President & CEO of the company on July 9th, 2020. Mr Meirelles brings over 15 years’ experience in management of publicly traded mining companies in Brasil and Canada. Mr. Meirelles brings extensive expertise in finance as well as operations, government relationship and permitting and licensing initiatives. Mr. Meirelles progressed his career through various roles including most recently Corporate Director & Country Manager for Luna Gold / Equinox Gold for 6 years, as well as various permanent & advisory positions with Troy Resources, Serabi Gold, Jaguar Mining and Newcrest Mining. Mr. Meirelles is a fellow of the Brazil-Canada Mining Chamber of Commerce.

With over 30 years of management and operational experience in the junior mining industry, Mr. Brown will provide additional geologic and operational guidance to South Atlantic. He has been based in Latin America since 1993 in Peru, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia. He is credited with the outcrop discovery of the El Hilorico gold project (1 million ounces) in Peru, negotiating the acquisition of Newmont Argentina SA for Aquiline Resources, which included the the Navidad silver project (750 million ounces), and the acquisition of the Mara Rosa gold project (1.5 million ounces) in Brazil. Currently, he is an active investor in several listed (both TSX and ASX) junior explorers and developers. Mr. Brown holds a BApp.Sc degree in Geology from Curtin University of Techology, Australia, an MBA from Business School Sao Paulo, Brazil and is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG). He speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

Ms. Gieselman has had 32 years’ experience with junior mining and exploration companies listed on the TSX, TSX-Venture Exchange, OTCBB, NASDAQ and AMEX, in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. During her tenure in the resource sector, she has accumulated an extensive background in corporate and financial reporting and compliance for Canada and the United States, including particularly relevant experience in financings, treasury, international corporate structures and financial reporting in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Mozambique, Kenya and Zimbabwe.

Mr. Batelochi’s experience includes geologic positions of increasing responsibility at Rio Tinto, Vale S.A., Ferrous Resources Limited, and Great Panther Mining. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the identification and resource evaluation for gold, iron ore, manganese, copper, nickel, bauxite, rare earth elements and platinum group metals in both South America and Africa. Mr. Batelochi is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and is a Qualified Person for both NI 43-101 and JORC disclosure and technical reports. Mr. Rees brings over four decades of international exploration and operational experience. He holds a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan (1992) and is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.). Previously he had been with IAMGOLD Corporation since 2012, serving as Manager of New Opportunities (2012–2018) and subsequently as Chief Geologist (2018–2025). His career also includes senior technical roles and advisory positions with several companies since 1989. Mr. Rees is also an active member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG). In 2023 he also assumed the Chair of the Industry Advisory Board to the Mineral Exploration Research Centre (MERC) under the Metal Earth (ME) project, part of the Harquail School of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University.
